Who we are
Having worked with some of Australia’s largest family run businesses, we’ve come to specialise in growing top tier businesses in the Food & Beverage, Wine, Agribusiness, Real Estate & Projects, and Water Sectors.
With a deep passion for the industries we represent, we always immerse ourselves in our work. This is why we’re so commercially focused, seeing beyond the law.
Utilising our personal experience of the sectors we now represent, we started out using our specialist commercial and legal knowledge to help a number of Australian businesses in the hospitality sector. Watching them succeed and grow as a result, we quickly recognised the value we were able to bring to these businesses and began to expand, helping more and more clients in these sectors with our expert knowledge.
We acknowledge that there is so much more to retaining a lawyer than just obtaining legal advice. Having lawyers who know and understand your business is essential. That’s why we come with a deep understanding of the sectors we specialise in.
We have always treated our clients and stakeholders the same way we treat a close friend. Building long and lasting relationships with them based around mutual trust and understanding. The shared memories and strong relationships that grow out of this collaboration is what really makes us tick.

Kenneth Stanton
Kenneth has established himself as a highly accomplished principal lawyer, trusted advisor and legal expert in various areas of law.
Having specialised in mergers and acquisitions during his tenure at Herbert Smith Freehills, he played a pivotal role in significant onshore and offshore deals.
To further enhance his experience on the investment banking side of mergers and acquisitions, Kenneth went on to work with global investment bank; Deutsche Bank. During his time at Deutsche, he worked on diverse large-scale transactions, advising clients on potential business opportunities.
Recognising the need among his clients for lawyers who deeply understood their businesses and could facilitate growth through both acquisition and organic means, Kenneth identified the importance of implementing processes and procedures associated with economies of scale.
Kenneth brings specialised expertise in major transactions within the wine, spirits, food and beverage, and agriculture and agribusiness sectors. Leveraging his experience and financial acumen, Kenneth employs lateral thinking to deliver legal solutions that efficiently and effectively achieve his client’s commercial objectives.
